Just think how to free the swap without reboot , so it will not hurt the server uptime :p , off course work with OpenBSD server . Here you go.

Use :

#swapctl -l

to know where the swap path

Device 512-blocks Used Avail Capacity Priority
/dev/sd0b 8386576 0 8386576 0% 0

Remove the swap from the kernel, then turn on the swap , again :p

#swapctl -d /dev/sd0b

#swapon -a

And then you can check the swap with “top” command , the swap will be zero :))
