Spiderman and Freelance

Have you watch spiderman movies ? , I have watch it many time,
but few days ago when I watch it again there some interesting dialog
between Peter Parker And J. Jonah Jameson, publisher of the Daily Bugle newspaper
where Peter Parker work as freelance photographer

From Spiderman Movie
(Begin when Peter Parker give all the Spiderman photo to J. Jonah Jameson)

J. Jonah Jameson : I’ll give you 200 bucks for all of ‘em.
Peter Parker : That seems a little low.
J. Jonah Jameson : Take ‘em somewhere else then.
Jameson’s Secretary : Sir your wife said that tile you want in the foyer is out of stock.
J. Jonah Jameson : Tell her we’ll just put a rug there. Sit down!
J. Jonah Jameson : I’ll give you 300. That’s a standard freelance fee.

J. Jonah Jameson : I give you 150
Peter Parker : 300
Peter Parker : That is outrageous… agreement
J. Jonah Jameson : Give it to the girl, thank you, good-bye

The appretiation for freelance work is not good enough, it happen
in the movie, how about in the real work ? Has the freelancer
paid enough for ther work.
